Interior Ministry denies allegations of alleged clandestine migration operation by four elements of the Auxiliary Forces (Press release)

Rabat – The Interior Ministry denied, Monday in a statement, the allegations of an alleged illegal migration operation carried out by four elements of the Auxiliary Forces towards the occupied president of Sebta.

Following allegations conveyed by certain Spanish media reporting an alleged illegal migration operation recently carried out by four elements of the Auxiliary Forces to the occupied president of Sebta, where they allegedly submitted an asylum request, and following the investigations carried out in order to to verify the veracity of this information, the Interior Ministry indicates that all these allegations are unfounded and are only fake news.

While reaffirming to national public opinion the unfounded nature of these false allegations, the Ministry of the Interior notes that the dissemination of fake news and allegations aims to mislead public opinion.

The Interior Ministry observes that it reserves the right to prosecute anyone who published these fake news, the statement concluded.
